Job Summary:
Assist the restaurant management in the operations of Papa John’s restaurant. In the absence of a restaurant manager or assistant restaurant manager, supervises shifts and /or work areas in the operation of a Papa John’s restaurant to ensure high quality products and customer service are delivered to ensure restaurant profitability. Other responsibilities include the management of operations including the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs and systems.
Requirements:
 Possess higher secondary/professional certificate or diploma in F & B Service Management or equivalent
At least 2 years retail, restaurant or hospitality management experience preferably in Chain Service Restaurant
Able to lead a team during a shift with no supervision
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Prepared to work in shifts, on weekends and public holidays
Applicant should be a Malaysian citizens or holding relevant permanent residence status
