Job Summary:
Manage and assume responsibility for all functions of a Papa John’s restaurant to ensure customer service and high quality products are delivered to ensure restaurant profitability. This is accomplished by being a self-sufficient leader, making quality decisions and installing pride and accountability in team members. Other responsibilities include the management of operations including the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs and systems.
Requirements:
Possess higher secondary/professional certificate or diploma in F & B Service Management or equivalent
At least 4 years retail, restaurant or hospitality management experience preferably in Chain Service Restaurant
A team player with good initiative and excellent supervision skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Prepared to work in shifts, on weekends and public holidays
Applicant should be a Malaysian citizens or holding relevant permanent residence status
