Job Summary:
Assist the senior management in planning, new sites negotiations, renewal of tenancies, conclusion of deals to ensure overall restaurant expansion plans and numbers of new restaurants are met.
Requirements:
 Diploma/Bachelor degree in business, marketing, real estate or related field
At least 2 years in Real Estate or Store Development
Candidate with experience in retail real estate site planning, mapping and execution of site opening plans will be an added
advantage
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good command of English
Possess own transport
