Responsibilities:
Attendance to on-call, on-line, on-site support when necessary to all restaurants end-users
Provide system administration user support including maintaining and troubleshooting hardware /software, installation,
configuration, upgrades, network monitoring and backup solutions.
Perform software development work that includes requirement studies with users, system design and specifications,
programming, testing and implementation.
Provide applications user support for Point of Sales, SQL, Email system, Microsoft Office and desktop applications.
Support operational requirements and maintenance of the whole IT infrastructure including hardware.
Requirements:
Possess a Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology with minimum 2-3 years working experience in relevant
position.
Good knowledge in Hardware and Software troubleshooting, Networking, Windows Operating Systems & MS-Office
applications
Possess strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills.
Experience in Point-of Sales system would be an added advantage.
